The auctioneer has put down his gavel, the winning bidders are picking up their merchandise and WellFully's 2022 Online Auction fundraiser has come to a close!
Raising over $6,000 this year, auction coordinator Todd Pfaff is happy with the results of this year's fundraiser for the WellFully Premier Adolescent care Center.
"This is our second year of the online auction, so many of the kinks have been worked out," Todd said of the event. "While we have te continued generosity many local individuals, businesses and organizations, we have gained a few new prospects this year, and look forward to even more at our auction next year."
Money raised from the auction will go toward the support care that is not covered through our typical billing for our programs. Medicaid and other insurance barely covers the addiction recovery, behavioral and psychiatric treatment for the kids in WellFully's programs. So funding for clothing, activities, field trips and anything else to give the kids peace and comfort must come through other sources such as fundraisers like the online auction.
